Lady Coyotes beat Cisco by 33

The Weatherford College women's basketball team defeated Cisco Monday night 91-58.

Diamond Sweats led the Lady Coyotes with 25 points and landed four of seven 3-point attempts. Adela Valkova added 17 points and 10 rebounds, Celise Bobbitt contributed 15 points and Briarley Rogers tallied 12 points.

WC improved to 6-1 overall and 2-1 in Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play. Cisco dropped to 4-4 and 0-3.

The Lady Coyotes play Southwestern Christian College Wednesday in Terrell and return to the Betty Jo Graber Athletic Center Saturday to take on Temple College at 2 p.m.
