Hanf named three-time Pitcher of the Week

For the second consecutive week and third time this season, freshman right-hander Sarah Hanf was tapped as the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week.

En route for a 3-0 week in the pitcher's circle, she dominated several opposing hitters for the Coyotes.

She played 18.2 innings, scattered 13 hits and allowed just three earned runs. She struck out 23 and allowed only one walk. She also collected a save in relief.

The Coyotes will continue their series against North Central Texas College at Darwin Field in Gainesville on Saturday, March 8. First pitch will take place at noon followed by their second game at 2 p.m.
