The return of Weatherford College men’s golf was a successful one.
The last time the Weatherford College men’s golf team competed for a national championship, none of the current players had yet been born. For the first time since 1997, the Coyotes are among the field competing in the NJCAA Division I National Tournament.
The Weatherford College men’s golf team finished third out of 15 teams at the Las Vegas Shootout Feb 21-22 in Boulder City, Nevada.
After a two-decade hiatus, the Weatherford College men’s golf team is back, kicking off the season at the Bosque River Classic in Waco Sept. 20-21.
