Bio
Jonathan Estes joined the Weatherford College baseball coaching staff in 2025.
Estes came to WC after two years on the coaching staff at Arkansas Tech University. ATU won two conference championships and had a 70-43 record during those two seasons, earning at-large bids to the NCAA regionals in both years.
He spent the previous three seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain. After starting at UARM as a volunteer assistant, he served two years as a full-time assistant and as director of baseball operations. In 2022, UARM was ranked as high as No. 9 in the nation and ranked in the top 20 in runs, doubles, triples and RBI.
Estes has also coached summer ball with the Arkansas Sticks 16U team and the Fort Lauderdale Knights in the South Florida Collegiate League.
As a collegiate player, Estes made stops at Central Baptist College and Arkansas Baptist College before ending his career at Williams Baptist University. He was a three-time academic all-conference selection.
Jonathan is marred to the former Hannah Crafton. The couple has a dog named Harper.
