Walt Jones added two hits, scored twice and reached base three times, while Caden Mitchell scored twice and collected an RBI.
Spencer Butt doubled, drove in a run and scored once, and Joseph Sandusky and Kyzer Harrington each contributed RBIs as Weatherford totaled 11 hits. The Coyotes briefly led 6-5 after Robardey's two-run double in the third.
McLennan responded with four runs in the fifth to reclaim control.

Jackson Irons paced the Coyotes with three hits, including two doubles, drove in two runs and scored three times. Walt Jones went 2 for 4 with an RBI and two runs scored, while Jake Overstreet doubled and drove in two runs.
Kyzer Harrington added a two-run double, Blake Martinez produced two RBIs on sacrifice flies, and Ty Waid and Caden Mitchell also drove in runs as Weatherford capitalized on early scoring chances and forced McLennan to use multiple pitchers.
AJ Miera gave the Coyotes a strong start, allowing three runs with seven strikeouts over six innings. But McLennan broke the game open late, scoring five runs in the seventh and seven more in the ninth against the Weatherford bullpen.
Despite recording 10 hits and drawing seven walks, the Coyotes were held hitless over the final four innings.
