 Garland Naaman Forest basketball standout Tiffany Halliway has signed a national letter of intent to play at Weatherford College next season.The 5-foot-5 guard led Naaman Forest to the state finals as a junior in 2008, leading the Lady Rangers in scoring in the Garland ISD's first-ever trip to the girls state basketball tournament. Halliway and the Lady Rangers advanced to regional semifinals in 2009. She led her district in three-pointers made and ranked fifth in three-pointers in the Dallas area as a senior. Halliway will play for Bob McKinley's Lady Coyotes, who have won three straight conference championships.
